I didn't start coaching because I wanted to be a coach. In fact, I think the world probably needs fewer coaches and so-called experts. I started because after more than twenty years in leadership, I kept seeing the same thing happen to capable, driven people who simply needed someone in their corner at the right moment.
My experience comes from over 10,000 hours of one-on-one conversations. Hiring, training, leading, and scaling teams inside real corporate environments. Not theory. Not hypotheticals. I've sat in the hard meetings. I've made the decisions. I've been in your shoes. I've also been behind the scenes, seeing the bigger picture of what's often happening that no one says out loud.
This work isn't about scheduled calls for me. It's about being there when the real moments show up. After the meeting that didn't sit right. On the drive home when your head is spinning. On the day you're questioning whether you're pushing too hard or not hard enough.
